How far in advance should I book?
For peak-season dates (January to March and June to October) booking several months ahead is recommended so that park permits, huts or camps and preferred lodges can be secured. Exact lead times will be confirmed by the operator.
Are airport transfers included?
Transfer arrangements from Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO) will be confirmed by the operator for each itinerary.
What gear is provided and what should I bring?
Group equipment such as tents and dining tents is provided on camping routes. Personal items such as boots, layers and sleeping bags are brought by the trekker; rental availability in Moshi will be confirmed by the operator.
How do deposits and payments work?
Deposit amount, balance due date and accepted payment methods will be confirmed by the operator.
