1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of this website, operated by Kilimanjaro Tours. By using the site you agree to them. Separate booking conditions apply once you confirm a trip; they are provided with your quote.
2. Website content
Route descriptions, itineraries, seasons and other information are provided in good faith to help you plan. Conditions on the mountain and in the parks change; itineraries may be adjusted for safety, weather or park regulations. Prices shown are starting guides and are confirmed in writing when you enquire.
3. Enquiries and trip requests
Submitting a trip request or contact message is not a booking and creates no obligation on either side. No payment is taken through this website. A booking exists only when Kilimanjaro Tours confirms it in writing and the agreed deposit has been received.
4. Accounts
Where account features are available you are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity under your account. Accounts may be suspended or closed for misuse. You can deactivate or delete your account as described in the Privacy Policy.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the website to send unsolicited or abusive messages, to attempt to gain unauthorised access, to interfere with its operation, or to copy content for commercial use without permission.
6. Intellectual property
Text, logos and photographs on this site belong to Kilimanjaro Tours or their respective owners and may not be reproduced without permission, other than for your personal, non-commercial trip planning.
7. Liability
We take care to keep the website accurate and available but cannot guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on website content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Liability relating to trips themselves is set out in the booking conditions.

How we handle personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania.
